Located in the North-Eastern part of France, ENSMM is a public school of higher education and research, which provides training for multidisciplinary engineers, with a strong focus on mechatronic systems and microsystems. Accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation ENSMM diploma has been recognized by the Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur since 1934. With around 1000 students and a three-year program that graduates approximately 250 engineers. ENSMM is located in Besançon, a region famed on the European scale for its expertise in the area of microtechnologies. The school is situated at the heart of TEMIS, the Microtechnology and Science Cluster, close to the large Bouloie University Campus at Besançon. ENSMM and FIU have an MoU that defines the collaboration between the two institutions for pursuing funding from the EU and the US, hosting ENSMM students at CEC, faculty exchange, as well as other opportunities.
